My Style is collaborative, down-to-earth and rooted in curiosity. Therapy is not a one size fits all. My approach combines evidenced based practices like CBT, ACT, and Emotion Focused therapy with a compassionate person centered lens. I integrate a holistic approach, including somatic awareness and mindfulness to help clients process stress and trauma and build emotional resilience.
